Technologically challenged moron

This is not the post for the night by the way....just admitting my hopelessness at stuff. I wanna add videos to my posts but can't figure out how to do it! If there is anyone wonderful enough to help me with some well-needed instructions on how to accomplish this (particulary when my IQ vitals drop far below normal!) I would be forever in your debt!!!!!
